Terms of Use
Last updated 2026-10-30
These terms are an agreement between you and PRIMA AVENTURA LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company ("AcrePin", "we", "us"), which owns and operates the AcrePin apps and website. By using AcrePin you agree to them. If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies; if the two conflict, these terms apply to the extent the law allows.
Who you are dealing with
AcrePin is provided only by PRIMA AVENTURA LLC. Any member, manager, employee, contractor or other person who builds, runs or supports AcrePin, or who writes to you, answers a support request, moderates content or signs a message about AcrePin, does so solely as a representative of PRIMA AVENTURA LLC and not in a personal capacity. None of them is a party to these terms or personally responsible under them. Any claim about AcrePin may be brought only against PRIMA AVENTURA LLC.
Maps are a guide, not a survey
Parcel lines, owner names, public land and other layers come from government and public sources. They can be out of date, shifted or wrong. They are not a legal survey and don't grant permission to enter any land. You are responsible for knowing where you are, getting permission from landowners, and following hunting, trespass and firearm laws and regulations. Check the source and date shown on each county before relying on it.
Public land sources
Public land comes from the USGS Protected Areas Database of the United States (PAD-US) and, for state land, from each state's own land agencies where they publish it. These agencies provide their data as is, do not endorse AcrePin, and their boundaries are not legal boundaries or a guarantee of public access. State land data courtesy of:

Not an emergency service
Group Hunt alerts, check-in timers and shared locations reach only your crew. They do not contact emergency services and may be delayed or fail without cell signal. In an emergency, call 911.
Your account
You must be at least 13 to use AcrePin. Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app.
Community standards
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not post, send or share anything that harasses, threatens, bullies or demeans anyone; hate speech or slurs; sexual content; content that is illegal or encourages illegal activity, including poaching or trespassing; spam; or other people's private information. You may not impersonate others or use a handle or crew name that breaks these rules.
You can report any message or person in the app (press and hold it) and block anyone. We review reports within 24 hours and remove content, and suspend or ban accounts, that break these rules. You keep ownership of what you post; you let us store it and show it to the people you share it with so the service works.
Subscriptions
AcrePin requires a paid plan; there is no free version. Plans bought in the iPhone app are billed to your Apple Account, renew automatically at the end of each period at the price shown unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, and can be managed or cancelled in your Apple Account settings. If a plan includes a free trial, any unused part ends when you buy a subscription. Plans bought on Android are handled by Google Play the same way. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.
Plans bought on the website are billed by card through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel in Account. Adding a state starts a new billing period that day at the new total, with the unused part of the current period credited. A state taken off stays on the plan until that period ends and then doesn't renew; partial periods aren't refunded. Deleting your account ends a website plan immediately.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no scraping or bulk copying of map or owner data, no reselling it, no attacking or overloading our systems, and no using owner information to harass anyone. We may suspend accounts that do.
Disclaimers and liability
AcrePin is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss from relying on map data. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These limits also protect the members, managers, employees and contractors of PRIMA AVENTURA LLC. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms; we'll tell you in the app before material changes apply. You can stop using AcrePin at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States.
